The TSM Base System is a single-pile & single-panel support system for photovoltaic panels in soil fields, designed for simple, easy and fast installation and made of top quality and high-strength materials.
Its high-productivity production line, along with the application of logistics for the management and disposal of materials, satisfies the delivery times of small and large projects and ensures the shortest possible delivery time.
The regular model has been developed for easy and fast piling in soils that have sufficient consistency for this method. Also the same system is possible for concreting in very loose or very hard soils.
In addition, the raised model for Bifacial frames has been developed to provide the height needed to make the bottom of the frame to work more efficiently.
The TSM single-pile System has, in relation to the double-pile, the advantage of series independence. As a result, the front panel does not cover the received light scattering behind it, and vice versa. So we have a greater and more efficient diffusion of light.
The especially designed Rock model consists the easy, fast and economical way to be mounted on slopes and rocky terrain. The foundation is made by special installators by using a ground screw.
installation
The TSM Base System can be installed with the simplest, easiest and fastest installation by stacking a stake (single stake system). Cementing in very loose soils, where piling is not sufficient no matter how deep we pile, is easy and economical.
Respectively, cementing on rocky soils is equally easy and economical. In these soils, foundation is even easier to be established with the use of a ground screw and the especially designed TSM rock model for use on slopes and rocky soils. Finally, special hooks and clamps can be used to adjust the panels and anchor them for lifetime.

The TSM Base System is accompanied by a complete material list for the assembly of all components, while emphasis is given on its packaging and transport, on the detailed accompanying lists and on saving space and weight when it is loaded in containers. Indicatively, one MW can fit on a platform or in a 40 ‘container.
There is the possibility of adjusting the slope, in consultation with the customer, from 0 to 60 degrees (standard are the 25th and 30th degrees). Thus, is easy to plan, adapt and reduce field location, usually up to 20% compared to competing systems.
Is extremely ergonomic for the service of the electrical equipment (low height – easy access), while ensuring huge savings in construction time due to the simplicity and geometry of the system (25-50% less time compared to competing systems).

Tilt angle: 25th & 30th at the standard versions (0th – 60th on request).
Distances between the beams: 1000mm and 1250mm for larger panels (any distance on request).
Minimum distance from the ground: 450 – 500mm and 1000mm for Bifacial panels.
The TSM Base System has been designed and studied with the SCIA program, specifically for cross-sectional and thin-walled profiles, according to Eurocode 1 and 3 standards, in collaboration with the research and development departments of steel producing factories.
Materials from selected brands are used for its construction, such as Magnelis, Corrender, Posmac, Zam, etc. High-strength steel (S 350-S550GD, HX 460- HX550), coated with ZM materials (zinc-magnesium-aluminum alloy) which gives excellent corrosion resistance, even in extreme conditions (C3 – C4 – C5). This strength is even 6 times better than the usual used materials, pre-galvanized or hot.
